When I click on a square, it won't give me options to move. What is happening?
I experienced this just now and I am using my new laptop. I can't move my King or my Queen. It's just those two pieces. The site won't let me select them. I hope chess.com fixes this issue

I have that problem reight now, in the midle of a game, i could not move my qeen, king and black bishop. What is going on?

nah I'm having this issue whith my pc, it's like whenever I get the chance to make a good move, chess.com doesn,t let me. I've never ad this problem with the site or app before, so I don't know what's going on. Whenever I go to do the good move, the arrow just starts to make a loading sign, I don't know why, and it's making me crazy!!

I've got the same problem. I sent a message to tech never heard back. Getting rather fed up with chess.com
My Sons told me about this issue. They use Firefox and Chrome on PC.
I recommended them to press F5 if it happens again.
They confirmed it helped to refresh the webpage.
If it doesn't help you, try to press CTRL+F5

Do you play on a Windows 11 computer?
Sometimes an invisible dialog window is created which prevents access to the screen area below it. The workaround is to reboot your computer to clear the invisible dialog window.

I haven't got this problem while playing on the android app.
The thing that will solve it is restarting your computer, it always helps.

My move sign on my chess board doesn't function ? If i am set to check mate it's not my fault.
