The notifications that you're asking about are the sounds from the opponent moving their pieces. Correct?
no. The notifications I'm not getting are the ones that notifies that it's my turn in a Live Chess game, like in a "3 day move game"

You should set the following options and click the "Save" button:
- "It's my move in a Daily Chess game"
- "Also send alerts to my email address"
The term 'Live' applies to rapid/blitz/bullet games, not to daily games.
