What browser and version are you using? What type of internet connection do you have? (adsl, dial up, iPad, wifi ? )

What happens when you try to log into live chess?

If you're still having problems, can you please update your Firefox browsers to the latest version 3.6.13

 

In Firefox web browser, top row it shows

File - Edit - View - History - Bookmarks - Help

If you click on Help,  then on  "About Mozilla Firefox"  a small box appears. Top text says

Firefox

version .....  (whatever yours is)

The latest version is 3.6.13

By clicking back on the Help  then on Check for Updates, you can update your firefox browser.

This should be fixed now. Can you retest and let me know if you're still having problems accessing live chess please.
