Great question! The ability to change the 'getting low on time' sound effect or adjust its volume depends on the specific game or app you're using. If it’s a customizable setting, you should find it in the sound or audio settings. However, if the game doesn't offer this option, you might need to look for third-party tools or mods (if supported) to adjust the sound. If you let me know the app or game, I can provide more specific guidance! By the way, if you’re exploring snapchat plus planets there are some cool features and customizations available, enhancing your overall experience.

I just created a free chrome extension for low time alerts.

It has:

- Custom low time notifications with a few different sounds

- Optional 5 second countdown

- Optional screen flash if you're hard of hearing

You can find it here: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/chesscom-low-time-alerts/ndfkkhkkmekhknheeoecnkogaodjecmd

On Chess.com, it is not possible to change or specifically increase the volume of the “getting low on time” warning sound. You can adjust the overall sound volume in settings, but there is no option to separately raise or customize this warning sound yet. Using headphones or increasing your computer’s volume might help you hear the sounds more clearly. If this feature is added in the future, it will be announced on forums. 😊
