is this a bug?

yesterday i played a game that ended in this way:

Please note that the position was lost for me, but the game was won because of the time. in spite of that, we got a draw.

is it a bug?

In any case, your answer is there: "Game drawn - insufficient material." Black is out of time and White has no material to effect checkmate. The game is drawn per the rules of chess.

I'm pretty sure this isn't a bug.  Even though you "won" on time, you had no possible way of checkmating your opponent with just a king if the game continued.  However, because your opponent ran out of time, the game was drawn.

wow learn something new everyday when i played this game i thought for sure that egonj should have won on time, thanks for helping me understand the rules of the game.
