unstable connection and a weak signal which causes lagging issues doesn't happen continuously. Sometimes, it has happened. I know about Lagging Problem, if my ping index above 200 ms.
In the endgame position, the opponent looks crazy (21.Qg5). My opponents will soon mate in 2 (22.Qxg5+ Kh8 23.Qg7#), but he was saved by a fortunate time.

Learn more about lagging problem and the different of connection quality between players.
Have you considered playing slower games? If you know that you have latency issue, why do you still so stubbornly play bullet? You either play blitz or standard, but definitely not bullet if you are lagging.
bullet so easy. if you checkmate or win on time that's okay, but if you lose on time while on a better position that's all lag's fault
lag is annoying for both players. if i think that my connection is bad for some reason, i won't play any bullet anywhere, and much rage will be avoided.

Although, I had a bad connection, but I often beat my opponent with a checkmate position. This my special advantage.
