I joined the Premium Arena - Cash Prizes Arena and it kicked me out. Did this happen to anyone else?
Yes, it crashed about 1 second after the arena started...

Yes having trouble today. It crashed for me in a 15/10 tourney after round 1, with about 70 someodd players in the tourney. I think maybe has too many people logged on to the site.  Since this is Friday I will sign up to play on a different website this afternoon.

Sorry to hear that; yeah I think sometimes the servers can be overloaded.

Just to provide an update on my situation, I've had virtually zero issues for the last couple months now. Live chess is totally smooth, I have a strong connection and very rarely disconnect, in vast contrast to what was happening before.
What changed? It turned out my browser (Microsoft Edge) needed to be updated. That was it. Once I installed the update, all my live chess problems went away. So yeah.

It irks me that I have these issues quite often with chess.com. I pay for the site, it's not cool. I lost many games today simply from getting bounced out due to poor connection. Went through the whole dance, tested my router, my internet speed, used other sites, played on lichess, everything was fine. Can't figure this out, it's been years of this, it's getting to be too much!

Lag.com strikes again this very moment. Opponents clock runs from 3 sec up to 8 sec! Wonderfull. Would it really be my internet connection which accomplishes that? In that case I pay far to less for this miracle.
Wow, I am really getting tired of being disconnected (seems to only happen when I'm winning) and giving me a loss. Really irritating. Time to disconnect from my trial membership.
