Live Chess interface

Is it just me or is the way in which seeks are posted on Chess.com extremely irritating. Seeks appear as flashing green dots, sometimes they appear for a fraction of a second. How am I supposed to catch these seeks? Is is a free game you get with your Chess.com membership...Catch The Green Dots. I've complained to Chess.com and contacted technical support, but nothing has changed. It happens on different OS and has always existed.  I love Chess.com, it's the best website for chess by far, but there must be a better way of advertising seeks in live chess than having blinking green dots!!

That's not how you're expected to accept seeks.

Create your own seek and you'll be paired automatically whenever there appears a seek that meets your seek limitations (rating & time control). This eliminates the Catch the Green Dots game.

I believe the dot dissapears because someone else clicked on it before you or got paired automatically. There is nothing to do about this, if you want to avoid "catching the green dots" just create a seek yourself.

You can click the NEW GAME Button and let the computer find a pairing for you if you does want.

The dot disappears for some reasons and I agree with temp_ddg.

Thanks for the help. I didn't think you got paired automatically when you create a seek though, it still depends on somemone manually accepting your seek.
