Live chess keeps breaking!

I think about 50% of my last 6 games I've experienced this problem. My opponent makes a move, my time starts going down, I can't see the move he's made and can't move any of my pieces I'm just staring at my time running down. Is this happening to anyone else? Can it be fixed?

That seems to have done the trick!! 3 games no disconnects! (2 losses although i'm sure there's other sections to ask for help about that!) Thanks very much!

It's safari, I'm playing from my iPhone. Its still happening though, maybe I should do the 'clear' thing every single time I play!

Quick update. It's happening every game!! It's crazy, the chat function still works I can still talk to the other person. Then the worst of it all, once I finally resign, their move suddenly appears!! But I've already resigned. Wow. Just to clarify this is on my iPhone, on the app, with the most recent update. Any ideas/help?
