you sure can and ive even done it! Why not challenge them in live chess? If you look at the list of people on live chess, find there name, right click it and click challenge, set the time limits you want, hope they accept and then kick their ass!(on the board)

I haven't seen any friends there, but I only have a few.
I can't find a way to play Live with my Friends.
I hope there is a way and I just haven't found it?
