When you go into New Game tab then into Game Type settings, what do you have your Min and Max settings on as those determine the ratings of those who can accept your challenge

I start looking for chellenge and got for25 min. I decline this and start looking for 40 min game but computer gave me back the same chellenge I start game in 5 min.computer gave me another challenge, and disconnect the first game,so I start play,but on my record computer counted my lost on a first game this is arror and I can't do nothing with that
