Don't be surprised if they reject it out of hand, I already have and so will the vast majority of other players IMHO. When I'm given 30 minutes or any other TL to play under I'LL DECIDE how to allocate my time.

BUT, I gather that you're hinting at someone cheating by using the extended time on one move to consult a PC? You maybe right in some cases and in other cases the player maybe actually thinking on their own and/or going to the john, getting disconnected and reconnected, etc. You can always report suspected cheats the same way you can submit suggestions.
