I am with you. If they don't, I will stop my membership. I'm sure others will follow. I am not paying for something and have a bad experience. We should have an ability to REPORT these types of players. I just played someone who was winning and still making offensive remarks! How about that, huh?

I've played more than 32,000 blitz games here. If I stopped to do more than right click and block offensive players -- and believe me, I've reported a number of dozen people who were beyond offensive -- well, I imagine I would have played a lot less.
There are a huge number of people here who like to play chess. Please don't waste more time than you have to on people who only derive pleasure from the attention being offensive gives them. Block them, report them, and forget them.

Great advice. This is why I also prefer to play chess on the pay only servers like ICC and Playchess. The clowns get bounced pretty quick at this point over there.

Why not just not engage in conversation, don't look at what is said. I once played a 13 yr old unbeknown to me, who was quite offensive, then after me realising that we got along just fine, had three games,became friends.

That's happened to me - I just read a book and wait for them to lose on time. At least I get the rating points!
I've disabled the chat feature permanently... and keep to the forum to chat. That'd be one way for you to explore. There's not much that requires chatting about during a game. Context, and a bit of fair play generally lets black and white define the outcome.

Learn the English language. Saying you asked has more meanings than just asking a question, or just asking Lagomorph. You asked Chess.com to give you a new ability. If you prefer, I could say you demanded instead. But the ability you asked for/demanded the first time already existed. If you're going to criticize people for not understanding, you need to communicate better.
