Long rating VS Real Life Rating

I recently found that most peoples long rating was much lower than there blitz and quick, and for me my long rating is way below my Real Life Rating, i only played a couple games though.

But in Online Chess And Real Life Rating the rating differences is huge and people are always higher rated in Online Chess then there RLA (Real Life Rating)

So i was wondering, is any1's RLR Similar to Long rating on here? if not how far apart? and is it higher or lower?

My RLR and Live Chess LONG rating are in the same ball park. But online chess is a different beast, for (at least) three reasons: a) players can choose their opposition, unlike most OTB chess, b) disconnections can be a serious issue for some, resulting in a bias in loss rate, c) the pool of players in Live Chess is probably NOT the pool of players in one's OTB exposure (more non-tournament players).

That said, strong players in OTB generally show up as strong players here, and weak players there show up as weak players here. And the ratings inevitably reflect that strength or weakness.

Still, I'd bet there was a significant correlation - even if biased upward/downward here - between OTB and LONG, or any other rating for that matter.

dunno, my OTB rating is way higher than any of my online ratings, (1970), so it depends on the person.
