Hi,During a live game my opponent's time will freeze, therefore the game can no longer progress. When I try and start a new game I lose the points because of this. Has anyone else experienced the same thing, and if so how did you fix it?Thank you in advance for your help!Wishy12
I think it doesn't freeze in reality, but seems like that because of the lag. You shouldn't leave the game, but instead, wait, and the clock will eventually update. And if your opponent has quit the game, the win will be awarded to you if they don't come back in a few minutes.
