Mouse dropping pieces before intended square

Need help please.  Not sure why but now my pieces are being dropped before I release my mouse.  Seems like a short delay is active in time it takes to get to square.   Didn't use to be this way.

Just click the piece and then the square you want to move it. It is harder to get a mouse slip like this

Yea, its really tilting. Last time when it happened to me, I played a4 to prevent b5 in one of sicilian lines and my pawn ended at a3 also losing a tempo and black played b5 :/ Similar problem happens in puzzles. When you check solution - you played correctly but system registered a different move :/ This problem not occurs on the other site to play chess with much advanced interface.
