Move confirmation

Can you please implement "confirm" button? It has cost me many games. The android app has the confirm button. So i win more games on phone. Can you please implement this?
No. We do not want an extra "confirm" button.
The option to have it should be personal preference. If you don't want it, don't change the setting. For others, many others, it would be extremely helpful.

Chess.com sucks without it a confirm button. I lose a few of my games because of this move, whether its instead of castling its moving the king once or doing a pawn move to the wrong square.

Good grief. They used to have a confirmation button for the PC and no one complained then. People that don't use it don't use while those that did, did.
If the argument that it is bad for the game is valid then it should be removed from the ipad/phones.
If the argument that it provides the ability to 'cheat' by seeing one move ahead is valid, then it should be removed from ipad/phones.
If the argument that it provides advantage to ipad/phone is valid, then it should be removed from ipad/phone OR enabled for PC.
If the argument that it is a matter of personal preference that provides no advantage is valid then just enable it for all platforms as an optional feature.
How hard is this? Ten thousand people with IQs over 140 on this site and and this becomes a topic of debate....
I've been using click lock, available on windows PCs. This feature prevents a drag and drop from being finalized until you click a second time. It's helping.

I agree with this. It would help with misclicks, but would also give blunderers a second chance. That fundamentally changes the game.
The solution is an external mouse or mouse pad settings, or training yourself to fix your misclick problem.
I play on a laptop with touchpad and almost never misclick.

You are right it is simple. Remove it from Apple or any app that has it.

@athamanios if you want to play black in live chess you can only do it in unrated games.
No. You can play black in live chess. The computer will pick randomly, and you will get black half the time.

I guess you could abort the white games before the start of the game, but I think that might be frowned upon here?
