It could be a number of things... if you haven't played very many games, losses affect your rating a lot (as do wins). Also, you have a different rating for bullet, blitz, regular, and long so if you changed time controls then that could be why. But no, there aren't any laws to prevent the website from changing your rating.
My grading redused from 1343 to 1068 Why?

It is amaging in the last game my grading was 1343 which has been redused to 1068 . Is there any law to debar such system manegers for life for such arbitrary ac tions?
