My Live Chess settings keep resetting to default

It's very annoying when I start a game and I can no longer premove, and there's no low time warning. It's especially annoying when it's a bullet game. Each time, I go to settings > Live Chess and set the options as I prefer them, but it randomly resets anyway. It happened twice already today, and a couple times over the last few weeks. 

Is there a problem with my cookies or something? Has anyone else faced this same problem?

Are you always using Play? Or do you play in Play > Live Chess?

I always use play > play online

Same thing here. Keep playing 10 min rapid with no premoves because the entire settings resets itself everytime i leave the site.

same here, it keeps resetting by itself.

I am also facing the same problem, Especially in bullets.

I'm having the same problem.  Settings keeps going back to default even after updating and saving. After refresh or even new browser open its reset.

You might need to press save, and if you are already doing that and you see the settings saved  popup on screen then you need to go to chess.com/help
