Sorry this is part of the game where 'time' are involved.
Need new rule to stop players from aimlessly making moves.

It is a normal win on time and there is nothing to be fixed. The game was interesting and I did not see any "aimless moves" except for the last couple of them.
There is a way to draw this and it is "50 moves rule" or "3 fold repetition" , enable premoves and think fast

Good point here, I think the OP is trying to forced the draw onto the opponent in which is doesn't work that way.
