If sounds don't work now for you, when did they stop working? Did you change something in your setup?

I went back to the old chess.com and they are working now.
Very odd
Also have sound issues.. On my laptop on old Firefox and Internet Explorer I have sound, but not on new Firefox or a bunch of other tested browsers. On my main computer I have no sound at all.. Updating Firefox didn't help..

I hope that chess.com will act as soon as possible to solve this problem. Sounds is very important while playing blitz. We all know that chess.com admins and staffs are just sitting there and eating cookies while drinking beer, but this is a very important problem that needs to be solved!!

When people have actually checked the Help page, they have received advice that often helps fix such problems.
I'm having technical problems! What should I do?
1) Do a hard refresh
2) Clear your cache
