Being relevant and kind is something that is common practice for thousands of us. Yet, now that the membership is renewed and paid, for some "unknown" reason, can't play games? I have paid, Dec. 5th my renewal platinum level. For some reason, I can't play game? I log-in, click on "play", then "on-line", nothing shows up... No board showing, no opponent's name showing.. Never happened before and over eight yrs!! What is wrong, what is the solution?
Please advise soonest!
