OMG another game lost cuz of my time being robbed

due to the stupid connection being dropped, I'm getting really sick of that, if your time is under a minute and the connection just sits there and ticks it away, then when it establishes it should give you the amount you had at the point it dropped, I have lost many games now because of this, it's pointless to even play live if my opponent and me get to less than a min I might as well just abandon the game anyway cuz that's always when my connection seems to magically go away as soon as I try to move. I could have 10 secs, then before I can even touch the peice be down to

oh and BTW these forums are hell to navigate and post , or find old posts for that matter.on android. I do like the app overall though, but like I said I think time losses at critical points should be refunded if it's cuz of connection crapping out I would think there would be a way to do that, I mean if the software can tell the party that got dropped is trying to reestablish a link then give em the time they should had or at least a way to challenge the score deduction so it doesn't count from there score, I'm pretty sure I've lost all most as much points due to connection issues as I have in actual defeats

The site will never do that. It is impossible to determine what causes a dropped connection; the site allows some allowance for lag but anything more that isn't going to be added back. If that was allowed, it would be trivial to create disconnections that look like accidental drops to give additional thinking time.
