I just found out a new way to possibly win a game that is really lost. If you have say 20 minutes left then just sit there an do nothing. If your opponent leaves the board befor your time is up you win.
Seriously this just happened to me but on the losing end. Mate was forced on my opponent on the next move. It was obvious. After waiting 6 minutes I left to post a com[laint. When I tried to go back to the game I saw that I had been recorded a loss for abandonong the game. I guess you have to sit there for 20 minutes if your opponent does nothing?
Can this problem be fixed?
