Instead of f4, I recommend ...Be5 2. Ra4 f4 3. exf4 Bd4 with the threat of g7. In the game the best defense would be to resign. After 1. exf4 Bxf4 2. Re8 e3 3. Kb8 e2 with Be3# I see no productive move for white since if he moves one of his rooks of the back rank the other will fall. Of course this is just a cursory look. I'm sure there's better moves.

Pawns have more effect in end game.some times more pawns are better that 1 more rook or knight or bishop.this is my game against a friend.what can she do here to defense???
