This was to be one of the benefits of the additional premium "Verified" account. Access to the first class player lounge, where you only play other such accounts.

I was thinking that it would be very nice to be able to set in the live chess options that one can only accept and receive challenges from accounts with a certain age as an extra method to avoid playing with cheaters who use engine assistance to win. It is that recently I had to face a rival who used engine assistance, and crushed me, and the creation of the account was from yesterday. If I had known, I would not have accepted the challenge.
