Player Leagues

Two questions regarding the Players League and advancing/winning trophies.
1. What time does the week end exactly? I'm assuming it is either at 1pm CST or 2pm CST each Sunday but am sure which.
2. When playing a random live game (blitz/bullet/rapid) against a random opponent does a rematch earn you trophies? The fine print I read said "Direct Challenges" do not earn trophies. However, it is not uncommon for both players to hit "rematch" after the first game. If rematches are considered direct challenges it would be good to know as I would forgo playing anyone more than once.
Thanks

1. 12 pm Pacific time (8 pm UTC)
2. Rematches earn trophies but not after you play the same player a fourth time in a day.

The league does NOT make any sense, you just have to play many games... another "mini scam" on this page.

How is playing games a scam?

Means you will move up to the next league.

You'll get the achievements next time you promote. The site will have a process to backfill old ones for those that don't or can't promote, but don't know when that will be active again.
As much as I like the idea of a players league, I am afraid that it will increase the percentage of cheaters considerably. If one considers that some "players" use engines when they play for nothing than points , it is obvious that they will certainly use engines when they play for points, rankings and money (champions league).... I hope chess.com is well prepared!
