playing blitz with friends

is there any oportunity on this site to play blitz with friends

If you go to Live Chess, and one of your friends is online, you can challenge them to blitz, if that's what you're asking.

How do you actualy do that...do you have to be a paying member?  I can online play my friend in the online game...thanks!

No, you can be a free member and play live with your chess.com friends.

right but I can't play the live section with the 10:00 min clock in real time only the online back and forth

Thanks I think that would help increase the speed of game but I am looking more for the continous play feeling you get when playing live againt other people.  i.e. when I play live with people in other countries in the 10 minute game...

Only problem is that your friends have to been online when you want to randomly play a game. Better have 100+ friends.

i am looking for the same. the online version sucks and i dont get why they dont make the fabulous blitz version accessible for friend against friend. that seems to be the best option such a platform acan offer
