Problem with LIVE chess connection?

seit gestern habe ich regelmäßig Probleme damit, dass gerade begonnene Partien wieder abgebrochen werden. Jetzt habe ich eine Nachricht bekommen, dass ich nicht fair spiele, weil ich häufiger Partien abbrechen würde. Das ist nicht fair!!!
Ja, es ist frustrierend, mir war OK heute. Hoffentlich wird es verbessern ........

I got the disconnection box a few days ago during a game. It has happened to me before when I was docked 100 points although my systems were OK.
This time while message on screen I opened up IE then Yahoo so proving not disconnected my end. I then went back to chess.com live chess where it said zero players online currently! (Screen views available if reqd!)
Problem with chess.com server perhaps?
PS The disconnection message box that appears is not of IE.
Just happened to me again - I was being beaten this time though
Hello; I had a problem similar today, with another form : "une autre connexion a été détectée" (another connexion is detected) appeared as I played live chess. ; while it's on screen nothing can be done but clic "ok" on the message, and then, the game is closed with the message.
Yet another lost connection............one of many recently - just too frustrating for words!
Just happened to me as well. Kindle fire with the CHESS .com app. Rebooted the Kindle after several restarts of the app. The connection was fine as I was able to see the online games and open google in another window so it's either the application refusing to reconnect or something on the servers. I find this really frustrating. It usually happens after about 10- 15 minutes of game time. This results in a game abandoned message. Cummon guys get it sorted. Kev

Immer wieder verliere ich Spiele, weil der letzte Zug auf die Grundlinie nicht funktioniert. Die Umwandlung des Bauern in eine andere Figur reagiert nicht. Etwas ärgerlich. Was kann ich tun? Besten Dank für die Antwort.

The solution is to not dock ratings/points if this disconnection scenario arises. You should not be penalised for this if it's not your fault but this stupid site with it's overloaded features which are no good for beast/man! The problem arises when you are finding people rated lower than they should be because of losing games in such an unfair manner! The stupid people are promoting fair play but not practising what they preach!

Hello everyone is there a known problem with the LIVE chess connection I have answered a post about this a couple of days ago - to keep losing winning games on time due to being not connected is rather frustrating to say the least. My connection appears to be working on everything else does anyone know or is it just the way it is with LIVE chess?
