Qs about the rules on live chess

I played recently against einshem and i had a rook and king and einshem had only a king. The match was ruled a draw due to insufficent material. It is possible to checkmate with a rook and king against a lone king so why was the ggame ruled a draw. I was out of time so i thought einshem should have won on time. Another problem i had was in a game against chessington. I made the exact same move 3 times thinking i would get a draw but it wasnt given. Instead i lost on time. Can these 2 issues be explained please. Feel free to look at bothe games in the game archive. They are recent games. had

for getting the draw, the same position should appear on the board thrice and you must click "Draw". it's like claiming a draw
