quick, blitz, or long?

I prefer long. It is the closest to OTB. It's hard to believe people find it boring.

1 hour In Matchs (Only every lasted 35 ish minutes)

10-15 minutes over internet

I like 14 10 for long and 5 10 for blitz. Without the bonus I almost always run out of time.

wow...it seems long games are also fun to observe especially tha games of the players whose ratings are 1900 above...

I normally play 7 minutes games, because it gives me just enough time to think, 'No! That's a horrible move! DON'T DO IT! I'll do this instead.'

on this site I like playing 10 min games with a 15 second delay.

when i play blitz,it is usually a 5 minute game...because i think that's just right for me..

wahhhh...i lose my last game....how sad...3 blitz...lol

ya me too i prefer long ..... blitz?? i dont know if i can do that so fast so i prefer on long terms rather than on shorter terms:D intiendes??

i haven't played unrated in live chess yet...but looking forward to try...

...i prefer blitz ... but i often been negligent on 'd attack mode that's why 'd name - always mated!

i think i'm getting used to play 3 blitz these days..

each improves the others for me.  long to analyze, blitz to implement what i have learned in the long game under time pressure, and quick to improve my blitz performance and also to find creative moves i would not otherwise consider in a long game.  after i play a few 1 minute warmups w/ quick, i switch to 5 minute blitz and knock it out; usually making moves in half the time of my opponent in blitz.

well I agree that in long is the option where your chess skills is being test but you get bored if the time is really long. I both like blitz and quick because i enjoyed because it's kind of funny because well you can play both of this like how you play in the long but you can also do some random moves and just wait until the opponent run out of time.
