Rapid Games and ...Ng6

Hello Everybody, 

Ever since I started playing rapid, people keep playing their knights to g6 as black, and I keep gaining advantages and wins. Why do lower-rated players who play rapid chess get addicted to this move, I have so many players who play Ng6 against me and they all got worse positions after the obvious h4!.

Ng6 is good in some positions, but in these games not so much. Also, you showed a game twice. Good games though!
