It appears that the games you were recently playing in the Live Chess were unrated. You should always check to make sure you are accepting or putting out the right game seeks as Live Chess games can be rated or unrated.

Thank you for your reply, I checked again and recent games were to be rated but somehow the rating is locked.
In recent blitz my rating is not changing either winning or loosing.
