Recovering/analyzing aborted game's moves?

I have two questions here.
I was playing an interesting game in the arena, and the tourney ended, aborting the game.
I was able to download the PGN, but is there any way to do this if I close the tab or start a new game?
I tried checking my browser history and reloading pages, but that didn't work.
If there's no way, that's cool, since I just need to remember to cut/paste the game.
And secondly, is there any (ethical) way to put this game into chess.com to analyze it? I don't know how okay it is to play through a predetermined game with a friend. If it's not, I'll just use Tarrasch on my local computer, or whatever.
