In Live Chess, for rated games,
a) if either player aborts on the first move by clicking the Abort button, the game has no result, is not listed in either player's archive, and no rating points are awarded or taken away,
b) if the game ends by any means after that but before White has played his/her 4th move, a result is posted, but no rating points are awarded or taken, and finally
c) if the game reaches the point where White has played his/her 4th move, then a result will be posted, and ratings points will be added or deducted depending on outcome.
