I agree with erik80, once the live match has been created, date and time are no longer visualized, only a countdown which can be confusing.
We experienced exactly the same problem in a league match against Team Canada yesterday: Because of the winter time shift, I was convinced the match would be played at 11 pm and accordingly announced it in our club. We ended up losing the match for not having reached the minimum of players.
Having to meet online is a bit inconvenient as well, but I think it also helps making matches feel more 'important' and 'organized'.
One other thing would be VERY useful (not sure if technically possible). Would be nice to have some kind of ALERT for when a LIVE CLUB MATCH is about to start.
At present, this can be done manually by club admins, mostly via Club news, club notes and individual messages to members, but it would really help to have something saying: 'The Club Has Now Gone LIVE or something to that effect (perhaps a flashing icon like for ChessTV). It would help LINK Live and Daily sections of the club.
1. Why we cannot see exact time of start? There is just "time to start" shown in days/hours which is sometimes tricky to calculate especially together with daylight saving shift.
2.Why both admins has to be online to create a challenge? this is very annoying
thanks
