resignation by server

Hi, Has anyone encountered this problem, I got disconnected and when I managed to get back to the game a minute later I was informed that I had resigned the game. I still had 7 minutes left of my time in a blitz game. this has happened to me 4 times now over the last two days.

I have got disconnected many times before but when I got back to the game I was able to carry on playing. This is weird. I wrote to chess.com support and got a reply regarding disconnections nothing about the problem I had with being resigned from the game by the server. I am a platinum member and have been playing here for about 3 years and this has never happened until two days ago.

Anyone know anything about this or has anyone experienced it. must be some sort of glitch. I am losing a lot of points because of it. In one of the games I had checkmate next move when this happened. Holluc.
