If the above suggestions don't help, maybe you could try playing online turn based games instead?
I now have to wait 5 minutes per game to play live. Frankly I'd rather not play at all than wait that long... Anyway I think that my slow connection is setting off whatever controls your fair play thing and there's nothing I can do about that right now.
How long will it be until I'm not restricted to waiting?
