Sound bug?

Is anyone else having an issue with the sound during live chess games?  I used to have sound (like when someone entered a table, when the game started, or when it was my turn) but today I have no sound.

Any tips?

... And yes, I have my sound settings on!

Hi scrub - (nice icon). Are you using any Flash blocker in your browser? I had the problem of no sound using Flashblock in FireFox and was not getting sounds in Live Chess. Based on another user's tip, I whitelisted chess.com in Flashblock and the sound worked fine after.

If none of the above is the case then I don't have any other suggestions.

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to experiement.  I have both Firefox and Chrome, I don't remember which I was using when I had the issue...

Well, Firefox already had chess.com whitelisted... I did the specific live.chess.com... address too, but it didn't work either.

Maybe I'll have to uninstall and reinstall it and see if it works.

Whitelisting the particular live.chess... address DID work after I closed and reopened my browser.  Thaks!!
