Stalled Games

I have several on-line games that were started at the beginning of June.  They were all set as 3 day per move games.  A couple have only one move made.  My opponents do not seem to have any interest in returning.  I don't really want to win the games by time, but I am also getting tired of the clutter.  I don't see a way to end the games by time, and I don't really want to resign since they are rated.

I don't think I am being unreasonable about the time frame, but its kind of annoying that the players have no interest in the games.  Is there a way to end these games without penalizing me?

I'm in a 3 day a move tournament a few guys are set to vacation yet they are always online, quite annoying.

Well, I see now that the games do finally get ended and drop off on their own.  Obviously others must have experienced this.  It would have been nice of someone to answer my question.
