Strange Issue with myself

I'm not sure why,but for some reason my chess tactics Elo is around 1700,but on standard (I usually play 30 minutes) is only at 1400 and my blitz(which is even worse) is at 1150!How do you guys think I should solve this? I try to concentrate as much as I can,and it helps,but I have no explanation for why it tends to make things worse on blitz.

i have almost exactly the same rate as yours and the same problem ! if someone got an idea on how to climb to the next level he would be more than welcome.
