I also am bad at bullet and I do usually play trash moves to win on time and so I play rapid so I can make good moves (like this brilliant)
I think a good player will make it to the win against someone playing stupid moves, the problem with stupid moves is that they are not predictable, so yes there is a slight chance they will need to think more a loose a lot of time, but I still think stronger player would still win very often against these strategies
