Well, it seems that DAETH is far too much of a whiny baby to stand up to real criticism so he blocked me from continuing to post in that other thread. Unfortunately, this happened before I was able to make a correction for two typos in my post # 1748. (The two typos were "UNBELIEVABLY" where I was missing the "E", and hand, which was typed "hamd".) LOL.

Since Daeth can not stand the criticism of his absurd posts, you'll see that in post 1750 he boasts about having my posting ability in that thread "revoked". Unfortunately, this also prevented me from editing my post to correct the two typos.

I actually find it shocking that the mods here are supporting DAETH, who is so very clearly trolling the forum with that other thread. Shocking indeed.

At any rate, here are two openings that I like, that I "came up with" though to be sure, they have been played before as can be evidenced in the various opening databases. Both are traps, and I've used both to win games in USCF rated tournaments.

1) The Trojan Horsey

2) The Whoop De Doooo

There you go. Weeee! "I done invinteded sum uh them thar openin's" LOL.

Any comment on my "openings" ? I'd like to have them named after that mole on my left buttocks...

It's not the mods who blocked you, it's daeth. You can do it to him too. Or to me, if you want.

That means I wont be able to post in your threads, or post notes on your page and a few other things too.

Interesting - you mean by using the "block member" function, you can prevent someone from posting in a thread that you started? Thanks for the info, that's an odd feature for an open forum.

Your 2nd variation is a well-known Scotch Gambit line. It was heavily disputed in mid-19th century until authorities (they had authorities back then) agreed that Black is better.

In your first line, Black seems better to me after 8...Nd4.

Nice. On first example,Why would black play Bd7 on a so plain attack? Don't get me wrong I play Fried liver as many other people, but don't you think Be6 would reasonably played by Black? After bishops exchange attack is gone with no mate. Perhaps is still intersting for white who would be anyway loosing by 3.

RE Scotch Gambit - Yes, I don't always win as white, but I have won against players much higher rated than myself.

I consider that exposing your opponents king and preventing him castling are worth at least half a point. While white's Queen is out in the open and un-reinforced, black has a much weakened defense. (Black's far better move is 4...Nxd4)

As for the first line: Yes indeed Nd4 or Be6 are much better moves, but for some reason a lot of people play Bd7 or somethign worse.

Certainly better players play Be6 - but you would be surprised at the number of players that play Bd7 or worse. !!

Okay, here's my latest LOL opening:

As you can see, my new opening is designed to MESMERIZE and confuse into a TARP!

In this case, I laid my TARP on an opponent with a rating of 8000 !!! I should be declared a master soon, I'm sure!
