The tiebreak in live is probably the same as in online.

When i play Tournaments in LIVE CHESS and I manage to win four of the five games in Rapid Tournament (10 minutes), wich means that I have the opportunity to win a trophy, many times I don't get it because of TieBreak (many players win four games, and it's clear the need of the TieBreak).
I look for an explanation of TieBreak in the Tournament's Help, wich redirects to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonneborn-Berger_system, but it's too general.
Please, can anyone explain me how it works, specifically how to grow up the TieBreak Points ? It depends on time, on captured pieces ?
