How many moves have been made so far? I believe at least three moves need to be made before you get a victory.

Hey WarrenQuinton, would you be able to go to this link : http://www.chess.com/home/echess_settings and see if you have "auto-win on time" disabled? If you have it disabled it should be causing what you are seeing. To auto-win when someone's clock runs out from now on, just check that "auto-win on time" box.

I am playing online chess wiht a time limit of 3 days to play each move. For some reason, the time has run out for the other player, yet it just constantly says < 60 seconds and I cannot claim a win on time. This game has been going on for almost a month now. Any ideas?
