time out reversed

I just had two games with two that I am clearly winning and suddenly both of y opponents didn't move and their clocks were ticking down to 0. But voila i lost both when the final outcome appeared. this is not good chess.com. not good...

This occured due to your connection timing out. Your internet must have disconnected or something similar. This causes a freeze.

i have a verizon fiber optic connection and it is very stable.

this happened again today. i was watching my opponents clock run out. then when it hit zero. i was the one who lost and he had 1.3 seconds to spare. i saw his clock turn zero?????

He might have had a high delay to his connection otherwise.

Like a dark red for his and a green for yours.

The delay could be from either of you.
