Time problem

Hello friends. Got a huge problem with bullet. In almost every game my opponents clock works different than mine. Mostly the game is not over when my opponents time comes down to zero. It increases for 2 seconds even without any draw. The last match I played it jumped from zero to 12 seconds. I'm not sure if it is a matter of the internet connection. Does anyone else got a problem like this? If so, what can I do?
