@OP: You need to work your time-out ratio down. You can do this either by finishing lots of games without timing out, or waiting about 90 days. The time-out ratio, I believe, represents only those games in which you've run out of time in the last 90 days, so if you can avoid timing out for 90 days, it should reset to 0% again.
