I have just successfully logged into the Live Chess through the Firefox web browser. Maybe try going to "Tools" and then "Clear Private Data: may help to resolve any problems you may be having.
Trouble accessing live chess with Firefox

As of April 13th, I've been unable to access live chess with firefox. Everytime I login, all I get is a grey background, the green bar near the top and wierd box at the top left hand cornor. The page is blank except for the help...logout on the right, there is no speach boxes, no chessboards, nothing. Is this my fault or is something new going on with chess.com that I'm not aware off?
