Turn off drag to move on mobile

Sorry if this isn’t the right section for this. Is there a way to turn off drag to move (as opposed to tapping a piece and then tapping the square to move it to) on the iOS app? I literally never do it intentionally and have had it cost me a few games

First of all, once you’ve started to drag a piece, if you put it back in place, that piece can no longer be tapped. So in low time situations, I’ve got confused about why I can’t move something and then lost on time.

Secondly, it causes me to play pieces to squares I didn’t intend, again in lower time situations. The most egregious example is in a game I played just now. My opponent blundered their queen and because I apparently didn’t take my thumb all the way off the board after tapping my queen to take it, I played it right where his pawn could capture it, blundering my own queen back

I guess some people may find dragging pieces to be more intuitive, but I can’t find any way to turn this off. Would very much like rid of it.

In fairness, playing on a phone in low time is kind of terrible anyway, given premoves are so limited, but that’s a discussion for another day
